The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for 47 dwellings, site infrastructure, landscape buffer and access on Land to the South of Beckford Road, Alderton, Tewkesbury in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 13/00114/FUL, dated 4 February 2013. Residents will no doubt be a little upset over this decision, but should be proud of the achievements we have made and that many things mentioned by the Inspector give us points to build on in our defence against other development plans. It is now up to us to ensure the developers work with us on delivering many of the stipulated agreements on the Inspectors report.
