PLEASE MAKE YOUR VIEWS KNOWN ON THE PROPOSED NEW DEVELOPMENT OF 4 HOUSES NEAR LOWER FARM, ST MARGARETS ROAD, ALDERTON
 
Alderton has a long standing tradition of commenting on planning applications for new housing developments.  Your views are important and this application is time sensitive.   Comments need to be submitted by 28th March, but sooner if possible. 

The proposal is from Martin Gilder and is not associated with the residents of Lower Farm.

Likely areas of objection

If you wish to object then you may wish to consider the following points:
  • The proposed development is not in the Alderton Neighbourhood Plan
  • The proposed development is outside of the village boundary
  • Access is via an unsafe junction onto a narrow lane.
  • Development is close to the heritage assets of St Margaret’s Church and Church Cottage
  • On top of 75 houses already built in the last few years
