This is the latest info from TBC on the planning applications:
Edward Ware - (53 houses off Willowbank Road) strong possibility that this will go to the Planning Committee on 11th November so that leaves APC with about 4 weeks to produce an objection response for the week-end prior to the Committee meeting. Not surprisingly the Agent is pushing the Planning Officer to get this to Committee asap. Pegasus - (60 houses behind St. Margarets Road) John Hinett is having a case conference with their barrister on 15th October and will take advice from her as to whether its appropriate to have a meeting with the Parish Council. We haven't got Miss Clover for this Appeal and instead its Sarah Reid (there is a barrister with this name from the same Chambers - Kings Chambers in Birmingham. If its the same person then she was ranked one of the best planning barristers under the age of 35, in 2011, by Planning Magazine). Case to be heard 25th January 2015. Banner - (27 houses behind St. Margarets Drive) no indications yet as to whether they will Appeal. The refusal of permission for their application will be sent out either today or early next week so they will obviously want to look at this before making a decision. They may wait for the outcome of the Pegasus Appeal but there is also the status of the JCS to consider. Alderton Parish Council continue to press hard on the development of the NDP and working with other villages to prepare for JCS. Read More Comments are closed.
