Notification has now been received from the Planning Inspectorate that this application is going to Appeal with a deadline for comments of 19th September. Any comments that parishioners previously sent to the Borough Council regarding this application will be forwarded to the Planning Inspectorate. However, any additional or modified comments you may wish to make must be sent directly to the Planning Inspectorate, 3/26 Wing, 2 The Square, Temple Quay House, Bristol BS1 6PN, quoting their reference APP/G1630/A/14/2222147. You should send 3 copies of your comments to the Planning Inspectorate to arrive within six weeks of the appeal start date 08.08.2014. The appeal will be dealt with by way of a Public Inquiry, but the date and venue for the Inquiry has yet to be agreed. The Parish Council will again request Rule 6 Party status as we did at the Charles Church Appeal. If this request is successful, it means that Parish Council representatives can make opening and closing statements at the Appeal, cross examine witnesses from the other side and put forward our own case. If you feel that you can help in any way, please contact Tamsin or Barry Sears. LAND EAST OF WILLOW BANK ROAD (14/00414/FUL – BANNER HOMES).
