Proposed Development – Land south of Beckford Road [now 32 houses] 24/00393/OUT
No further news. Still waiting for some information.

Proposed Development – Land Behind 52-74 Willow Bank Road [ 48 houses] 2400801/FUL
Changes from original proposal to be considered by the Borough Council. The Parish Council have commented about the housing mix. Some clearance work has been completed. The Parish Council have queried whether some of it was premature.

Proposed Development – Land East of St Margaret’s Drive [48 houses]

Application for Reserved Matters approved. Awaiting development.

Proposed New Development – Land West of Willow Bank Road [9 houses] 23//01148/PIP
The Inspector has rejected the appeal.

Extend front porch. rear extension, and alterations and demolish rear lobby building.

Remove wall tile hanging and replace with white render to front and rear elevations.
