FLOOD PREVENTION
Flood-prevention work has mitigated the impact of recent heavy, continuous rain. A couple of additional culvert grills will be inserted to help prevent debris accumulation on water courses. Sand and sandbags are also available at the allotments.

PLANNING UPDATES
Proposed Development – Land south of Beckford Road [now 32 houses] 24/00393/OUT
No further news. Issues have been registered with Tewkesbury Planning by local residents and supported by a further submission from the Parish Council. Highways have yet to make a full response.

Proposed Development – Land Behind 52-74 Willow Bank Road [ 48 houses] 2400801/FUL
Following representation, the Parish Council have received assurances from Owl Homes that the bollards are only temporary and on a timer. Gloucestershire County Council have also confirmed that they will insist the bollards are
removed. Planning enforcement issues remain.
