Proposed Development – Land Behind 52-74 Willow Bank Road [ 48 houses] 2400801/FUL
There remain issues between the developer and the management company associated with the existing Franklin Road estate over site access land.

Planning enforcement issues remain. The Parish Council strongly objects to a proposal to install four streetlights on Willow Bank Road.

There is an enforcement notice relating to construction times being too early and finishing late.​
