The Parish Council welcomed our new County Councillor, Cheryl Agg, to the meeting.

PLANNING UPDATES

Proposed Development – Land south of Beckford Road [now 32 houses] 24/00393/OUT
No further news.

Proposed Development – Land Behind 52-74 Willow Bank Road [ 48 houses] 2400801/FUL
Changes from the original proposal still to be considered by the Borough Council. The Parish Council have objected to what seems to be work commencing on site in advance of normal permissions being given.

Proposed Development – Land East of St Margaret’s Drive [48 houses] 
Consultation about road names closing end May.
