2014 Alderton Design Statement
The Alderton Village Design Statement aims to ensure that future development, large or small, reflects the distinctive qualities of the area and maintains its special quality for future generations. The Design Statement records the distinctive features of the local built environment, landscape and heritage then lays down design standards based on the outcomes of community consultation as guidance to developers, planners, local residents and their elected representatives.
