About Alderton
Alderton in the 21st century is a thriving community both proud of its history and agricultural heritage and its present day diverse range of community activities. It boasts several picturesque listed buildings and a 14th century style Parish Church dedicated to St Margaret of Antioch which contains relics of an earlier Saxon structure. Alderton is situated on the edge of the Cotswold escarpment within easy reach of the M5, Winchcombe, Evesham, Tewkesbury and Cheltenham. It is approximately 100 miles west of London, 45 miles north of Bristol and south of Birmingham.
