This statement is published as required by Regulation 4 to provide general information relating to Town and Country Planning and the Referendum.

2. Basic Conditions and Legal Requirements statement
This statement confirms that Tewkesbury Borough Council, as the relevant Local Planning Authority, are satisfied that the Alderton Neighbourhood Development Plan meets the basic conditions and complies with the provision made by or under sections 38A of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

3. Alderton Neighbourhood Plan Examiners Report
Following the close of the six week consultation period on the 30th October 2017 the plan was subject to Independent Examination. The independent neighbourhood plan examiner, Deborah McCann BSc MRICS MRTPI Dip Arch Con Dip LD published her final report on the 16th March 2018. 4. Summary of representations submitted to independent examiner
From the 18th September 2017 until the 30th October 2017 the plan was consulted on, in accordance with Regulation 16, as a 'plan proposal'. The responses received from the public and interested parties can be viewed in the document below:

Before that in 2010, the Parish Council conducted a housing needs survey once again in conjunction with the GRCC .

F. Alderton Community Consultation Outcomes Report (2013)
2013's Community Consultation provided vital background information for the NDP. This survey had a response rate of over 88% and was electronically read by the Gloucestershire Rural Community Council (GRCC), so it has given a really robust and reliable account of your needs, concerns and aspirations.
